We will analys each persons stroke and provide stroke instructions that are tailored towards each persons goal. We help every athlete to become more efficient, and improve on their stroke mechanics.
We have several coaches that can work with swimmers of all abilities. Two of our instructors specialize in working with younger swimmers and infants. These lessons have a range from making children water safe all the way up to learning the four competitive strokes.
We have three coaches to work stroke mechanics and improvements with competitive swimmers, masters swimmers and triathletes. These lessons are for any that want to improve on their strokes to become more efficient in the water.
These for 6 swimmers or fewer done by one of our three coaches that work on improvements in the stroke mechanics. These are also open to competitive swimmers of all ages, masters swimmers and triathletes.
CLINICS and Camps
These are done for groups of 8 or more but with a ratio 10 swimmers to each coach at the most. Clinics and Camps will be run by multiple coaches, to provide adequate feedback for everybody.

We have one stationary underwater camera and one underwater camera that is movable as well as one small camcorder to record above the surface. We can with this equipment record the swimmers from the side or diagonally from the front and from the front with the stationary camera. There is a separate fee for the underwater filming and to record all four strokes takes up to 30 min per person. To request underwater filming, please fill in the form to the right. We will respond to your request within 24 hours (normally within a few hours), to see if we can accommodate your request.
Most lessons are provided at either the City of Fort Myers Aquatic Center and pools; Florida Gulf Coast University, or a Lee County pool. Requests for lessons else where can be accommodated if the pool in question is long enough so that the coach can see what the athlete is doing and what needs to be improved.
